  1. Verify Core KYC Seeding: Prerequisite Step.

Log in to your member profile and ensure your Universal Account Number (UAN) is fully activated. Confirm that your PAN, bank account details, and government identification are verified and securely linked to your profile.

2. Access the Member E-Sewa Portal: Login Routine.

Navigate to the official EPFO Member Unified Portal. Enter your active 12-digit UAN, unique password, and the dynamic CAPTCHA string to access your primary dashboard.

3. Initiate the Online Claim Form: Menu Navigation.

Locate the top horizontal menu bar, click on the 'Online Services' tab, and select 'Claim (Form 31, 19, 10C & 10D)' from the dropdown options.

4. Execute Bank Account Authentication: Security Check.

Review your displayed profile metrics. Enter the last four digits of your registered bank account number into the verification block and click 'Verify'. Read the structural declaration and click 'Yes' to accept the terms.

5. Configure the Advanced Parameter: Form 31 Parameters.
