Suspense crime, Digital Desk : A wedding in the Meja region of Prayagraj became an unusual incident when the woman who was supposed to be the bride refused to move forward after the procession. What appeared to be a jovial part of the procession quickly escalated into something more serious. At some point, one of the guests asked the groom to tell them what his date of birth was, to which he answered 2025. This created more puzzles for the visitors.

Instead of remaining passive, the bride chose to be assertive about this. She opted to walk away from the wedding, which feels like a gamble where the fundamental loss is disgrace and an absence of self-respect. Her actions ceased the wedding and highlighted the issues of affinity and maturity that are so crucial for any marriage.

The groom's relatives and friends made several attempts to change her mind but she stood resolutely to her decision. For the sake of explanation, she made up a very sensible point that I need a sensible spouse which means that she would never be marrying someone that answers simple questions the way the groom did.

The bride’s brother revealed later that she is the only daughter of a family that has ₹11 lakh spent on zapostaka, which includes a bike. Still, the groom’s father was insisting on additional zapostaka, which was putting additional strain on the bride’s family. Moreover, the groom cannot ride a bicycle let alone operate a mobile phone, doesn’t know when he was born and so on; this makes the proposal totally nonsensical.

Because of this, the wedding attendees came back home without the bride. This single incident has gotten out across the entire village. Celebrating the decision of the bride, the villagers are split on their opinion praising the decision of the bride while others think it is an unfortunate ending of what is supposed to be a happy event.
