Excitement around Mohanlal’s upcoming film L2: Empuraan has taken a unique turn in Bengaluru. GoodShepherd College has declared March 27 as a holiday for its students in honor of the film’s theatrical release.

The college didn’t stop there—it’s also sponsoring a free First Day First Show exclusively for students.

Special Screening Arranged by College Management

The film will be screened at 7 AM at Movietime Cinemas, YGR Mall, Rajarajeshwari Nagar. All tickets for this show are free for GoodShepherd students.

In a statement, the college administration said:

“‘Lights, Camera, Holiday!’ Our chairman is a huge Mohanlal fan. He wanted the whole college to celebrate the release of Empuraan together.”

They added:

“When passion and fandom unite, history is made! Our beloved MD, a devoted fan of Lalettan, has orchestrated this special event to celebrate the brilliance of Mohanlal and Prithviraj Sukumaran’s vision.”

About ‘L2: Empuraan’

L2: Empuraan is the sequel to the 2019 hit Lucifer. Directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran, the film stars:
