Guidelines To Carry Out Anulom Vilom:
Here is the process which ensures that the steps are followed correctly:
Sit on the floor in a clean and open area.
Adopt stright posture while sitting cross legged.
Close your eyes and relax the shoulder.
With the thumb of the right arm, close the right nostril, while inhaling from the left one.
Then, with the ring finger you would cover the left nostril and exhale from the Right Nostrils.
This cycle can be repeated for 5 – 10 mins on a daily basis.
