Sharply criticizing the ongoing controversy, All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) head, Asaduddin Owaisi expressed his support for stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra's remarks on Maharashtra’s deputy chief minister Eknath Shinde, and asked why people seemed to have taken his comments so personally. Kamra, quite obviously, is laughing because he doesn’t understand the politics involved at all.

Shinde has not spent a single second of his political life looking into the politics of traitors. In fact, traitors have not named Shinde, and worse still, Shinde has, himself, taken it on a personal level. Forwarding his comments, Owaisi also stated that the self proclaimed biggest “gaddar” (traitor) is the one who uses the law, but does not follow it.

While speaking to ANI, Owaisi expressed, “Kunal Kamra is a stand up comedian. He is not a politician. He does not want to contest elections. He has not given Eknath Shinde Gaddar a name; Gaddar Shinde other gaddars. His party sits headed by gaddar, it ke gaddar de gaddar di gaddir ke gaddir. How can you call him a ‘gaddar’?”

Continuing, he said, “The largest or rather the self declared gaddar is one who does not follow the rule. Ultimately, the largest ‘gaddar’ in this country is the one who abuses the law by applying it at will.” Owaisi has now, once again, made the blunt deception claiming Kamra possesses the intelligence to understand the cunning politics surrounding Kamra and Shinde’s relationship.

Owaisi did not hold back on slamming Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis for remaining silent on an incident in his own state where somebody had insulted the prophet Muhammed.

“Why is CM Fadnavis letting go that in his own state, when Eknath Shinde was Chief minister, one individual had spoken very disrespectfully and lied in a gross way about our Prophet Muhammad? That personally did not affect CM Fadnavis? That did not hurt Eknath Shinde’s self-esteem?” The Hyderbad MP inquired.

Moreover, the self styled former ally of Eknath Shinde, Shiv Sena (UBT) member Sanjay Raut also came out to defend Kunal Kamra remarking as controversial. This leader has granted himself the ability to seek special security for Kamra because he has filed three new kontroversial manners of remarks towards him sitting at Khar police station. Raut accentuated the need of treating Kamra as BJP Mp from us, Kangana bear dual and protective after her quarrel with us, Kamra like treatment.

“Special security should be given to Kunal Kamra, I say. When there was a power tussle between us, Kangana Ranaut was also provided with special force protection,” I guess Raut said in a presser.

On the other hand, Bharatiya Janata Party leader Sudhir Mungantiwar has come out in defense of the stand-up comedian and said that the police ought to apprehend him and turn his life into a comedy. “Funnier things have happened. Make his life a comedy... How can you comment on Freedom of Speech… Everyone is permitted a modicum of self-respect. Ketki Chitale was in prison for 30 days... The opposition does not have any right to teach us,” Mungantiwar told ANI.
