If there is a war between China and Taiwan, there will be a shortage of these vital items used on a daily basis.

Despite all the threats from China, Speaker of the US House Nancy Pelosi visited Taiwan. Pelosi met with Taiwan’s president and officials for 19 hours, and as long as the meeting lasted, China remained silent. Pelosi’s visit amid threats is proof that the US does not heed China’s warnings. Pelosi reassured Taiwan that the US is with them. Angered by Pelosi’s visit, China has deployed its fighter planes and warships in many places in Taiwan.

the whole world will be shocked

More than 700 million people use mobiles in India. More than 200 million people use laptops and cars, but do you know that if this war happens, then mobiles, laptops, automobiles will all be in danger. Thousands of companies around the world will be on the verge of closure. Hundreds of companies will lose billions. However, the chips or semiconductors used in electronic components are manufactured in Taiwan. Taiwanese companies account for 54 percent of the world’s total income from semiconductors and if production in Taiwan is stopped, the world will be shocked.

Taiwan is the world’s factory in semiconductors

China is one of the largest countries in the world by geography and Taiwan is counted among the smallest countries in the world. The two countries cannot be compared in terms of economy, but still when the threat of war is looming between these two countries, the world is in a different concern. The auto to smartphone industry is already grappling with chip shortages. If the situation worsens in Taiwan, the crisis will become even more serious because this small country is the world’s factory in terms of semiconductors.

Electronics stuff ready to get expensive

If the situation after Nancy Pelosi’s visit and Taiwan is attacked, the price of electronics, computers, smartphones, cars is bound to increase. Electronic goods may disappear from the market. When Taiwan’s supply chain broke down during the Corona epidemic, the world understood what it meant to not be in Taiwan’s market.

Many big companies buy semiconductors from Taiwan

Taiwanese companies account for 54 percent of the world’s total income from semiconductors. In which the biggest contribution was from Taiwanese company TSMC. TSMC is still the largest semiconductor company in the world. Many big companies are its clients. Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company produces 92 percent of the world’s advanced semiconductors.

China is far behind Taiwan in terms of semiconductors. America also understands the semiconductor market and so does China. So both the countries are facing each other for this small country. If China attacks Taiwan, the chip market will be closed to the whole world and a new crisis will arise in front of the world which is already battling inflation.
