Why do earthquakes happen?
Knowing the cause of earthquake is also important. There are 7 plates inside the earth which are constantly rotating. The place where these plates collide the most is called the fault line zone. The corners of the plates are twisted due to repeated collisions. When the pressure increases, the plates break. Their breakdown gives a way out of the internal energy. These disturbances are followed by earthquakes.
