Desi cow’s milk is more beneficial

Dr. Ajay explains that the protein component of milk is made up of 80 percent casein. There are two types of beta casein proteins found in milk, A-1 and A-2. Both A-1 and A-2 beta casein proteins are found in Jersey cow’s milk imported from UK and other countries. Holstein cow’s milk imported from Europe contains A-1 protein. But only A-2 beta casein protein is found in native cow’s milk. That’s why desi cow’s milk is more beneficial.
