Chief Minister did an aerial survey of the flood affected areas
Lucknow, 23 September (H.C.). Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday conducted an aerial survey of the flood-affected areas.
The Chief Minister conducted an aerial survey of flood affected Barabanki, Ayodhya, Basti, Gorakhpur, Santkibarnagar and Gonda. At present, 247 villages of 14 districts are affected by floods in the state. In the last 24 hours, 25 mm or more rainfall has been recorded in 16 districts of the state.
Eight NDRF teams have been deployed in seven districts of the state. Eight teams have been set up in Gorakhpur, Lucknow, Lakhimpur Kheri, Varanasi, Bahraich, Ayodhya, Bareilly. 15 teams of SDRF have been deployed in 10 districts of the state.
At the same time, 15 teams of SDRF have been deployed in Barabanki, Gorakhpur, Lucknow, Moradabad, Bareilly, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Etawah, Ayodhya, Mirzapur. 44 teams of 17 companies of PAC have been deployed in 46 districts of the state.
