Kalki Jayanti 2022: The month of Shravan is considered holy in Hinduism. From this month the festivals begin. Kalki Avatar is considered to be the last incarnation of Lord Vishnu. Lord Vishnu (Kalki Jayanti 2022 Lord Vishnu) is the 10th incarnation. Kalki Jayanti (Kalki Jayanti 2022) is celebrated on the 6th day of Shukla Paksha in the month of Shravan (Shravan 2022).
According to mythological texts, Lord Vishnu has taken 9 incarnations so far. These include Matsya, Kurma, Varaha, Narasimha, Vamana, Parashurama, Rama, Krishna and Buddha. So Kalki Avatar is going to be 10th. On this day Lord Vishnu will bring Kalki avatar in Kali Yuga. That is why today Kalki Jayanti is celebrated. Today is considered very important and auspicious for the devotees of Lord Vishnu. Lord Vishnu Mantra, Vishnu Chalisa (Kalki Jayanti 2022 Shravan) is recited on this day. Lord Vishnu never sends his devotees back empty handed. All obstacles in life are removed. All sins are destroyed.
Significance of Kalki Jayanti
Lord Vishnu is going to take Kalki avatar on this day i.e. Fee Shashthi. Kalki avatar of Vishnu is considered to be angry. Lord Vishnu is worshiped on Kalki Jayanti to attain salvation. Fasting is done. According to astrology, Kalki avatar is considered to be a symbol of the best eight qualities of God.
The main aim of Kalki Avatar is the liberation of the unbelieving world. In Kaliyuga people have lost faith in religion and karma. They are forgetting dharma and karma in material greed. Kalki will awaken devotion in the human world by killing the corrupt kings. People’s faith in religion will be awakened once again. It is believed that after this a new world will be created.
It is said that Kalki Jayanti started about 300 years ago in Rajasthan. Mavji Maharaj was the first person to celebrate Kalki Jayanti. Mavji Maharaj celebrated Kalki Jayanti on the sixth day of Shukla Paksha of Shravan month.
