Good news for citizens troubled by Ukada and Baliraja, monsoon will come 5 days before

Mumbai: There is good news for the farmers and citizens affected by Ukada. Monsoon train is running smoothly. Therefore, the Meteorological Department has predicted an early onset of monsoon in the state.

Monsoon rains are likely in Andaman on Sunday. Monsoon is likely to reach Andaman five days before. With the subsidence of the cyclone, low pressure belts have formed in the Bay of Bengal. So waiting for the monsoon has become easier.

The Meteorological Department has predicted monsoon in South Andaman and Bay of Bengal on May 15. A low pressure area formed in the Bay of Bengal on Wednesday evening. It is raining heavily along the coasts of Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema.

 

The wind speed along the coast is 40 to 50 kmph. Due to all these developments, there is a possibility of onset of monsoon five days earlier. Monsoon will reach Kerala between May 20 and 26. Monsoon is expected to reach Talakkonam from May 27 to June 2.

 

A rain warning has been issued in the state from May 20. Rain warning has been issued in South Konkan, Madhya Maharashtra and Marathwada from May 20 to May 26.

Western Maharashtra and Konkan including Pune district are also likely to receive heavy rains after June 27. Due to increased moisture in the Arabian Sea, it will be cloudy. Hence, the temperature is likely to remain low in the state.
