Data collection of illiterate men and women in the age group of 15 to 35 years was started in Lakhtar under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan.
Surendranagar : The government is working hard to make India 100 percent literate, 100 percent hunger free, 100 percent public defecation free. Not a single woman or man should be illiterate in India, every woman and man should be literate. Under the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, the government has started collecting door-to-door data of illiterate people in the age group of 15 to 35 years in every village.
Lakhtar CRC coordinator reached a densely populated area on Kadesar Lake on Lakhtar-Adalsar Road. He collected information about illiterate men and women aged 15 to 35 from the pagan community living in the area.
Classes will be started to make literate 15 to 35 year old illiterate people of Lakhtar taluka including this area. The resolve to make India 100 percent literate will be fulfilled.
