There is a campaign going on for this. Many states have better coordination with the Centre. He has done a good job in the last few years. A few days ago, Prime Minister Narendra Modi accused the Congress governments of ignoring the health sector. He had said that everyone was aware of the shortage of doctors in the country. But the previous governments did not pay attention to this problem. Whereas the future will belong to societies that invest in healthcare. Under this, Narendra Modi inaugurated the Gandhinagar Global AYUSH Investment and Innovation Summit. He said that the possibilities of investment and innovation in the field of AYUSH are limitless and the golden age of startups has begun in India. Sometime back, Prime Minister Modi had inaugurated eleven new medical colleges in different parts of Tamil Nadu, constructed at a cost of Rs.4000 crore. It is clear from this that taking lessons from the Corona epidemic, work is being done to ensure inclusive and quality health services to all the countrymen.

High quality and affordable healthcare is available to the poor in the form of Ayushman Bharat health scheme. The cost of knee implants and stents in the country has gone up by one-third. The Narendra Modi government has taken many steps for medical education. Seven years ago there were 396 medical colleges. In the last seven years alone, this number has increased to about 600. This is an increase of 54 percent. Seven Years Flood was around 82 thousand Medical Under Graduate and Post Graduate seats. In the last seven years, this number has increased to about one lakh 48 thousand seats. This is an increase of about 80 percent. Seven years ago there were only seven AIIMS in the country. Now the number of AIIMS sanctioned has gone up to 22. Various reforms have been taken to make the medical education sector more transparent. India is moving towards quality and affordable healthcare. Similarly, Narendra Modi had inaugurated new medical colleges in nine districts simultaneously in Uttar Pradesh. This program was organized in Siddharth Nagar. It was a historic occasion for the state for Uttar Pradesh. With the aim of increasing the number of doctors, expansion of medical facilities and strengthening the infrastructure, plans are being made to build medical colleges in all the districts of Uttar Pradesh. This plan was implemented rapidly even in the Corona period. Due to this it became possible to build medical colleges in nine districts.

The Uttar Pradesh government has made a record of building 33 medical colleges in five years. Narendra Modi said that the idea of ​​investment summit came during the Corona disaster. The possibilities of investment and innovation in the field of AYUSH are limitless. AYUSH has been phenomenal in the production of medicines, supplements and cosmetics. Seven years ago the AYUSH sector was less than $3 billion. Today it has grown to over $18 billion. Ministry of AYUSH has taken several major steps to promote startup culture in the field of traditional medicine. A few days back an incubation center developed by All India Institute of Ayurveda was inaugurated. The golden age of startups has begun in India. This is the age of unicorns in the country. So far 14 startups from India have joined the Unicorn Club in the current year. In order to utilize the natural wealth in the interest of humanity, the government is continuously encouraging the production of herbal and medicinal plants. Modern pharma companies and vaccine manufacturers have benefited immensely from getting timely investments. An incubation center developed by All India Institute of Ayurveda was inaugurated. Facility to easily connect with the market will be developed for the farmers involved in the production of medicinal plants. The government is also working on modernization and expansion of AYUSH e-market place. The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India has also announced a new category named AYUSH diet in its rules last week. This will greatly facilitate the producers of herbal nutritional supplements. Heel in India could be the biggest brand of the decade. Health centers based on the disciplines of Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha etc. can be very popular.
