18602 additional houses got approval in PMAY-G

Dehradun, 25 November (Hindustan). Approval has been received for 18602 additional houses for Uttarakhand under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin (PMAY-G) from the Central Government. Expressing gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Rural Development Minister Giriraj Singh on this, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the state is getting the benefit of double engine government.

Chief Minister Dhami said that unprecedented development works are being done in Uttarakhand under the guidance of Prime Minister Modi. The state government is trying its best to ensure the implementation of the development plans on the ground. There is an effort to take the benefits of development to the person standing at the last end.

Let us tell you that Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami had requested to allocate additional targets under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin. The Chief Minister had also written a letter in April.

Appreciating the efforts made by the Uttarakhand government in the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Rural on behalf of the Center to achieve the target of the scheme in a time-bound manner, an additional target of 18602 houses has now been allotted.
