Hathras: Jio Fiber manager Abhinav Bhardwaj, who was kidnapped on January 1, 2025 in Hathras district of Uttar Pradesh, has been safely recovered by the police. According to reports, the police rescued Abhinav after an encounter with the kidnappers in Moradabad. Let us tell you that after kidnapping Abhinav, ransom was demanded. A case was registered in this matter at Hathras Gate police station. The joint team of police and STF took strict action in this case and today on January 4, 2025, Abhinav Bhardwaj was safely recovered after an encounter with the kidnappers in the Civil Lines area of Moradabad police station.
These miscreants were arrested after the encounter
According to reports, during the encounter, a criminal was shot near the neck. Police arrested all three accused after the encounter. The injured criminal is being treated and has been admitted to the hospital. The arrested accused include Vishal (age 28 years), son of Mohanlal, resident of Mo. Rajpura, Chowki Dharmoula, Thana Kotwali, Almora, who was shot in the neck during the encounter. Apart from this, 20-year-old Sujhal Kumar, son of Suresh Lal, resident of Kaneli, Thana Kotwali, Almora and 20-year-old Karan Bisht, son of Rajendra Bisht, resident of Malgaon, Chowki Dharmoula, Thana Kotwali, Almora have also been arrested.
The car used in the incident has been recovered
In a joint operation by the police and STF, the Swift car and scooty used in the incident were also recovered. Apart from this, Rs 50,000 cash and mobile phones have also been seized from the accused. Other items related to the accused have also been recovered in this joint operation. This entire operation was carried out jointly by the Noida unit of UP STF and the team of Hathras district. The police have started questioning the arrested accused, and investigation is being done regarding other possible criminal activities carried out by them.
