Jason Sanjay was at a wedding of a politician's grandson in Salem, Tamil Nadu. He attended the event as the groom's father is the director of the show Sanjay Kishin. Sanjay was seen in public after a long time.
Jason Sanjay, son of actor Thalapathy Vijay, has not been spotted in several events recently but was seen at a wedding on February 25.
Sanjay was present at the wedding reception of the grandson of GK Mani, who is the honorary president of Pattali Makkal Katchi. The event took place on Tuesday in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
The video of Sanjay’s arrival at the wedding went viral on social media and he is earning a lot of attention because fans are saying Jason looks just like his father, their favorite actor.
Jason Sanjay, who is working on a movie now where he will make his debut as a director, made the rounds to congratulate the newly weds, and posed with them as they stood on stage. Shocking for many, the pose he took is famous for being shot by his father. In the videos that have gained massive views, his dad's talks and actions are quite similar. For the reception, Sanjay wore a dark brown shirt, he comfortable with the formal yet simple event. To add, family of GK Mani also draped him a shawl, and placed a garland around his neck which besides being a mark of respect and honor also added to the festive spirit of the event.
Produced by Lyca Productions, Jason Sanjay is all set for his debut directorial venture with the untitled film which will feature Sundeep Kishan in the lead role. Jason Sanjay has already started the pre-production work and is expected to begin filming in the coming months.
As per his statement, Sanjay expressed gratitude at being given such an opportunity, “It's an honour to get the opportunity to direct my first film for a prestigious production house like Lyca Productions. It has been a hub of encouraging talents and has created a stream of new filmmakers. I am glad that they liked my script, and have given me complete creative freedom to materialise it.”
The film was announced in August 2023 which garnered excitement among fans and industry insiders alike . At the moment, the team’s focus is on pre-production, which will aid in accomplishing the goals set for the title and role framework of the project. It has been confirmed that Sundeep Kishan will play the lead role.
