leave home for breakfast

keep a water bottle with you
Carry a water bottle with you even if you are outside for half an hour. Drink water every 10-15 or 20 minutes on a hot day. It will keep you hydrated and will not be affected by the sun.
take care of skin
If you do not take care of your skin before going out in the sun, it can damage your skin. So apply sunscreen on your face, neck, hands and mouth 20 minutes before leaving the house. Don’t forget to reapply sunscreen if you are out for a long time. After returning home, wash your face with a good cleanser and then apply moisturizer.
