1. Egg Burrito

Ingredients – 300 grams potatoes, a little olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder, 1 red capsicum, 3 tortillas (a kind of bread, used to make rolls), 1 cup spinach, 1/2 avocado , 9 beaten eggs. , salt and pepper powder, 1 lemon, 3 tsp mint chutney

method

Cut the potatoes into small pieces, add paprika, chili flakes, salt, pepper and olive oil and roast at 200 °C for 30 minutes. Grill the tortilla. Spread eggs on it. Roll by adding capsicum, spinach, salt, potato, black pepper, chutney and lemon juice.

Tip- You can also make omelet instead of bhurji and spread it on tortilla.

2. Scrambled Eggs on Toast

Ingredients – 1 tbsp canola oil, 1 tbsp butter, 2 slices multigrain bread, 1 half slice avocado, red radish cut into small pieces, black pepper and salt to taste.

method

Put butter and canola oil in a nonstick pan. Crack an egg over it and pour it over it. Cook the egg until it becomes crispy on the bottom. Now sprinkle black pepper powder and salt on it. Do not flip it, fry it from one side only.

In the same pan, fry the bread crumbs on low flame. When they become crispy from one side, then flip them and fry them on the other side as well. Serve with avocado, radish and egg on a slice of bread.

Tip- If avocado is not available then you can also keep tomato pieces.

3. Scotch Eggs

Ingredients – Boiled eggs, gram soup or finely chopped chicken, spoon black pepper powder, salt, finely chopped onion, tsp finely chopped coriander, gram flour, gram bread crumbs, eggs, sunflower oil for frying.

method

Take minced chicken in a bowl. Add black pepper powder, coriander, salt, wheat flour and 1 egg and mix. Spread the bread crumbs on a plate. Make egg batter.

First of all, finely roll the boiled eggs. Then wrap it in bread crumbs. Similarly prepare all the eggs. Fry it after keeping it in the fridge for some time. Then serve.

Tip- Whatever is put in the chicken mince should be finely chopped.
