Ingredients for the drink:

  • 1 liter water
  • 3 cucumbers
  • 4 lemons
  • a handful of mint leaves

Make this drink:

  • First, finely chop the cucumber and lemon. Cut the mint leaves and keep them aside.
  • Now take water in a vessel and add cucumber, lemon and mint leaves to it.
  • Mix it and cover the pot with a lid.
  • Now put the pot in the fridge for a few hours or you can keep it overnight if you want.
  • serve chilled. You can keep it longer and if you want, you can drink this detox water little by little throughout the day.
  • Drink detox water regularly. Especially in summer. It will keep you fresh and will also help in reducing weight.

You can also make buttermilk from cucumber

Ingredients for making Cucumber Buttermilk

  • 1 cup curd
  • half grated cucumber
  • 2 tsp chopped mint leaves
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin
  • spoon red chili powder
  • black salt to taste
  • Coriander

How to make Cucumber Buttermilk

  • First of all, mix curd, cucumber, mint leaves in a blending jar.
  • Add water accordingly. Keep the water level as high as you want.
  • Be careful not to mix for more than 30 seconds.
  • Now take it out in a bowl and mix the spices. If you like the taste of basil more than mint, you can add basil leaves or cilantro while mixing.
  • Remove in serving glass and serve garnished. If you do not want to add black salt, then you can also add Sendhav salt.
