- 1 cucumber slice
- 1 cup thick curd
- 2 green chilies
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp coriander
- salt to taste

First of all, to make cucumber raito, first wash and dry the cucumber properly. Cut a small piece of cucumber and taste it to see if it is bitter or not. If the cucumber tastes good, peel it and then cut it in half and remove the seeds. Now grate it. Take curd in a bowl and whisk it. Now add salt and grated cucumber to it. After this add finely chopped chillies. Now add sugar to it and stir and keep it in the fridge for half an hour. Can be served chilled. Sprinkle coriander on top while serving. You can serve it in lunch.
