Gold, silver price today: The price of gold rose slightly on Tuesday, with the price of 24-carat gold in India now at Rs.8025.3 per gram, a Rs440.0 increase. Also in India 22 carat gold is being sold at Rs7358.3 per gram with a Rs420.0 rise.
It is important to note that gold rates have increased by 0.8 percent relative to last week while the prices fluctuated for silver having reduced by 0.3 percent in the same period. The international trend witnessed an increase for the precious metals when there was a depreciation of the local currency , which, the rupee, along with a rise in crude oil prices hitting an historic high.
