Agneepath scheme: Subhash Ghai appeals to the youth on the riots in the country regarding Agniveer
Agneepath Scheme: Bollywood showman Subhash Ghai is known all over the world for his work, but apart from the film world, he also keeps an eye on the issues of the country and the world and gives his opinion where it is needed. Recently, Subhash Ghai shared his views on social media on the uproar over the Agneepath project, which is spreading like wildfire in the country. Subhash Ghai, in a post on indigenous social media platform Ku App, said in his own words that India’s youth movement accepts but does not burn public trains or buses. Although the situation has now become normal regarding Agniveer, protests are still taking place in many cities against it.
With this the recruitment process under Agneepath scheme has started. The first batch of training will start by the end of this year. In a recent press conference, Additional Secretary, Department of Military Affairs, Lt Gen Anil Puri said that there is no change in the recruitment process and there is no intention to withdraw the scheme. He also said that we will take a commitment in which candidates will have to give a certificate that they were not involved in any arson or sabotage. In such a situation, the future of youth indulging in violence is likely to be bleak.
