A horrific incident has been witnessed in Shahjahanpur district of Uttar Pradesh. In fact, in the Kant police station area of ​​the district, a man allegedly raped a Dalit woman at gunpoint. Giving information about the incident, the police said that when the woman screamed, the accused ran away leaving his rifle and clothes. Additional Superintendent of Police (city) Sanjay Kumar told PTI-Bhasha on Saturday that a 32-year-old woman living in a village in the Kant police station area was sleeping in the veranda of her house with her husband and children, when the accused Neeraj Thakur jumped over the wall and entered the house. 

ASP told the whole story

Regarding this incident, the ASP said that after picking up the woman, the accused first took her to the kitchen at gunpoint and then raped her. The woman was screaming during this time. When the family members woke up after hearing the woman's screams, the accused fled from the scene leaving his rifle, pants, jacket and mobile there. The police have registered a case against accused Neeraj Thakur on Friday under sections of the Indian Penal Code including rape, breaking into a house and the Scheduled Castes and Tribes Act. The officer said that the accused is absconding since committing the crime. He is being searched.

Case filed against many people including BJP leader in Badaun district

Let us tell you that earlier a case has been registered in Civil Lines police station against BJP MLA Harish Shakya from Bilsi assembly seat of Badaun district of the state and 16 other people including him. These people are accused of sexual harassment, getting implicated in fake cases and grabbing land worth crores. CJM Second Court had ordered to register a case in this matter. Police was also ordered to comply with the order and submit the report within 10 days. After this a case has been registered against them. The victim had pleaded for justice in the court of ACJM-2. The court has ordered the police to register a case and investigate. At the same time, the MLA says that a conspiracy is being hatched against him.
