Porting any number in airtel is very easy. To port your SIM to Airtel Prepaid, you will need your Aadhar card details or any other valid ID proof. Airtel has said on its official website that its mobile number portability (MNP) process is simple. This process takes a day or two to complete. So, if you want to port your SIM to Airtel, you can follow these steps.

First of all go to the official website of Airtel.

Then click on Airtel Prepaid option from the menu and select ‘Port to Airtel Prepaid’.

Now, select the Airtel prepaid plan to start the MNP process.

Let us tell you that this plan starts from Rs 299.

After that schedule KYC by filling the form.

Now enter the name, address and phone number you want to port, and other details in the space provided.

After filling all the information click on submit.

Now Airtel executives will contact you on call to schedule an appointment and deliver the SIM at your doorstep.

You will have to share your ID proof and 8 character Unique Porting Code (UPC) received from Airtel during delivery. This process will be completed in 2 days or 48 hours.

Once the SIM is delivered, you will have to pay a fee of Rs.100 to an Airtel executive to get the SIM delivered.
