New Delhi: The Government of India is preparing to tie up between India Post Payments Bank and WhatsApp. It will provide a lot of support and financial services to the users. According to a report, the government wants to provide the best service to the customers through WhatsApp.
A report has come out against him. India Post and WhatsApp may soon launch a partnership to promote digitalisation. This partnership will enable India Post Payments customers to get the best possible service.
On getting this facility, customers will not have to go to the branch for basic work. The report refers to those who know about this partnership in detail. With this, users will get the option of checking their account balance and opening a new bank account.
India Post Payment Bank was started in the year 2018. It is a public limited company in which the central government has 100% stake. It was set up like an underpaid bank of the Department of Posts.
The pilot project will last for 60 days, the report said. It can perform all the functions like IPPB service like checking balance, opening new account, generating PIN or password. It has also been said in the report that it will give more service to select customers.
The service will handle all the tasks like cash withdrawal and deposit, Aadhaar to Aadhaar transfer, updating PAN number and managing Aadhaar number and account beneficiary. At present, India Post Payments Bank customers can access online services or digital banking through the IPPB website or mobile app.
