No matter what type one is looking for, these wellness options are made with natural ingredients and are so easy to prepare.
1. Smoothie with mango yogurt
Nothing is better than this refreshing and creamy smoothie to kickstart your day.
Ingredients:
Mango chunks that are fresh or frozen (1 cup)
Coconut or Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup)
Almond milk or water (1 cup)
Turmeric (1/2 tsp)
Ginger either fresh (small piece) or ground (pinch)
Ice Cubes
Honey (Optional)
Instructions:
Blend ingredients together and serve immediately.
2. Cooler with jamun ginger

Ingredients:
Black plums that have their seeds removed (1 cup)
Pinch of black salt (1/2 tsp)
Grated ginger (1/2 tsp)
Mint leaves and lime juice
Instructions:
Blend the ingredients into a smooth substance, strain it through a sieve to make it smoother, and pour it out over some ice.
