Ghaziabad: UP’s Ghaziabad police secretly arrested Satyam Pandit, president of Rashtriya Hindu Veer Sena, for spreading hate speech against Bangladeshi Rohingyas, but the police gave him VIP treatment. He went to the court from the place of arrest in a private car, where he was not even handcuffed. Not only this but despite trying to incite the atmosphere, the police arrested him only under section CRPC-151 for disturbing the peace. However, the court has sent him to jail in judicial custody for 14 days.
Hate speech was spread by releasing the video
Let us tell you that on Saturday, the hate speech video of accused Satyam Pandit went viral on social media. In this video, he said, “I want to tell you that Rohingya and Bangladeshis living all over India should leave our country in the next 24 to 72 hours. Otherwise, every worker of Rashtriya Hindu Veer Sena has taken a stick in his hand. I request the government and administration to request these people. If legal action has to be taken against them, then do that too. They should be driven out of our country, otherwise, Rashtriya Hindu Veer Sena will cut the beard of every such person and pluck out every single hair and bury them in Bangladesh.” After this, Ghaziabad’s Kotwali Nagar Police Station registered an FIR against Satyam Pandit in this case.
Arrested from Patel Nagar
Taking action on Sunday, Ghaziabad police arrested accused Satyam Pandit from Patel Nagar in the Sihani Gate police station area, where he lives. A video related to this arrest has also surfaced. In this, he is seen sitting in a private Ertiga car with policemen. From here, the police took him directly to the remand magistrate court and secretly sent him to jail.
Now the police have maintained silence
Ghaziabad Police has neither officially given any information about the arrest nor released any photo-video of the accused to the media. Information about his arrest came from Satyam Pandit’s own Facebook profile, where the entire video of the arrest has been released. Satyam Pandit made a video reel from the arrest to the court which is now viral on social media. But the police are silent in this matter.
