• Invite Employers: Based on these requirements, companies will be formally invited to participate in the Rojgar Mela every month to conduct interviews and hire candidates on the spot.

This initiative is primarily targeted at the youth who have received training and certifications from two main sources:

1. ITI Graduates: Students who have completed their courses from any government or private ITI in the state.
2. Skill Development Mission Trainees: Young men and women who have been trained under the state's Skill Development Mission.

The government's goal is to ensure that the maximum number of these trained individuals get placed into respectable jobs as quickly as possible.
