Wrestlers’ protest: Farmers sitting on Kundli border detained by police, now interrogation in different police stations

Protest of wrestlers: Hundreds of farmers from Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan were marching towards Delhi today in support of the wrestlers, but the Haryana police stopped them at the Kundli border. Let it be said that when the police stopped them, the farmers sat down on National Highway-44, but a large number of police forces took them into custody one after another. After this they were put in a bus and sent to different police stations. Now he is being interrogated at the police station.

In fact, wrestlers have been on dharna at Jantar-Mantar in Delhi since April 23 over the arrest of MP Brij Bhushan Singh. On the other hand, the country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi has gifted the country with a new parliament by inaugurating the new parliament building. In this situation, wrestlers announced a mahapanchayat in front of the new parliament building, after which hundreds of farmers from Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan were marching towards Delhi, but the Haryana police stopped them at the Kundli border.

 

Farmers are saving the criminals of POSCO Act

Meanwhile, the farmers said that the Bharatiya Janata Party government is protecting the criminals of the POSCO Act. We are fighting for justice for our daughters but the government is protecting a criminal. On the other hand, Sonepat DCP Gaurav Rajpurohit, who is in charge of security at the Kundli border, said that farmers going to Delhi have been detained. Now he has been sent to the police station to inquire about what work he is going to Delhi for.

At the same time, Bharatiya Kisan Union leader Rakesh Tikait reached the Gazipur border and addressed the farmers and people involved in the dharna, saying that the police would be going to the laborers’ homes from tomorrow. A large number of police forces have been deployed on every road leading to Delhi.
