The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that areas of Delhi will be experiencing light rain as well as a partly cloudy weather on Saturday. Light dust storms, acompanied by thunder and lightning are also possible. This is a follow up to the rainfall on Friday which was accompanied by strong winds and dust storms in nearby areas such as Noida and Ghaziabad alongside Delhi.  

Based on the forecast, light showers or drizzle are expected with the rise of clouds over the day. Winds are expected to be accompanied with thunderstorms. Wind speeds are expected to be around 40km/h with gusts till 60km/h.  

Temperature Drop and Wind Relief in Delhi  

Delhi is undergoing a drop in temperature due to the rainfall. Maximum Temperature was noted to be 41 degree Celcius which is abnormally high by 4.2 degree celsius, Minimum Temperature on the other, on the other side was recorded to be 25.6 degree Celcius.  

The light rainfall was caused due to fresh cloud activities along with wind speeds of 30-40 kilometer per hour. Narela, Mayur Vihar and Pitampura received recorded kamout of madxuhab or 0.5 mm of rainfall. Pusa’s Temperature dropped drastically from 36 degree C to 27 degree C while the rest of the cities, Pitampura and Mayur Vihar also saw a temperature decrease from 37 celsius to 27 degree. ตารางและ โฮจิมินห์ օդային Y기 정량은 35%으예도겠다 수백대와 57%.  
As for the air quality around Delhi was rated as “poor” with a 219 AQI at 4 PM on Friday.

Rajasthan is Frying

The heatwave is persisting and in some regions crossed 45°C. As steady heat continues, the IMD foresees that dust storms and gales by Saturday could offer minimal respite.

The dry spell continues also on Friday, accompanied by severe heat warnings still in place. Sri Ganganagar and Churu have hit 45.4°C, which is followed closely by Chittorgarh (45.2°C), Vanasthali and Kota (45.1°C), Barmer (44.4°C) and Pilani (44.9°C). Also Jaisalmer, Sangaria and Fatehpur now have temperatures between 42.5°C to 43.5°C.

All regions of Jodhpur and Bikaner estimate showers accompanied by winds of rates 30 to 40 km/h, within the span of two days. With this change, a dip of 2 to 4 degrees will be experienced, yet it is expected that portions of Jodhpur, Bikaner and Kota will still endure heatwave conditions
