Weak signals from the global market, Asian markets also declined

New Delhi : Weak signals are being received from the global market today. In the last trading session, there was a strong downward trend in Wall Street. All the three indices of the US market fell and closed in the red mark. However, the futures market of America showed a bullish trend. European markets also closed in the red mark with a fall in the last trading session. Similarly, in the Asian markets today, there is a situation of constant pressure.

Due to the apprehension of economic crisis, the trend of tremendous decline in the US market remained in the last trading session. The Dow Jones closed at 33,066.08, down 220.50 points, or 0.66 percent. Similarly, the S&P 500 index ended the previous session’s trading at a level of 4,148.89 points with a weakness of 1.04 per cent. Apart from this, the Nasdaq closed at a level of 12,563.94 points with a decline of 156.83 points, or 1.23 percent. On the other hand, there was a bullish trend in the futures market of America. Dow Jones Industrial Average futures trading was up 0.10 percent. Similarly, futures trading of S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 also remained up by 0.10 percent.

European markets also closed with losses in the previous trading session. The FTSE index closed at a level of 7,762.95 points with a weakness of 0.10 percent. Similarly, the CAC index lost 99.45 points, or 1.35 percent, to end the previous session’s trading at 7,378.71 points. Similarly, the DAX index closed at a level of 16,152.86 points with a decline of 71.13 i.e. 0.44 percent.

Asian markets also have a generally declining trend today. Apart from India, 7 out of 9 markets in Asia are trading in the red mark with the index declining. Only the SET Composite Index and the Jakarta Composite Index are maintaining a marginally uptrend in the trade so far. The Set Composite Index is trading at a level of 1,539.68 points with a strength of 0.32 percent. Similarly, the Jakarta Composite Index is trading at a level of 6,740.26 points with a slight gain of 0.05 percent.

On the other hand, SGX Nifty is trading at a level of 18,292.50 points with a weakness of 69 points i.e. 0.38 percent. The Nikkei index fell 269.62 points, or 0.87 percent, to reach the level of 30,688.15 points. The Hang Seng index has declined by 189.53 points i.e. 0.98 percent in the business so far. At present, this index is trading at the level of 19,241.72 points. Similarly, the Straits Times Index is trading at a level of 3,206.81 points with a weakness of 0.35 percent. Apart from this, the Taiwan Weighted Index fell 94.47 points, or 0.58 percent, to the level of 16,093.56 points, the Kospi index fell 0.21 percent to 2,562.28 points, and the Shanghai Composite Index was trading at 3,230.47 points with a weakness of 0.49 percent.
