Having previously served as the state president of the BJYM at 37, winning his maiden Lok Sabha election from Basti in 2014 at age 41, and successfully architecting key electoral strategies in states like Assam, Dwivedi noted that he has stood shoulder-to-shoulder with party cadres through every phase of struggle.
During his address, he issued a strong caution to party ranks, warning that external forces are continuously attempting to fracture society along caste, regional, and linguistic lines. He called upon workers to remain vigilant and ready to give a fitting, ideological, and democratic response to every political conspiracy.

Praising the state administration, Dwivedi boldly stated that the Yogi Adityanath-led government has successfully eradicated 'goondaraj' and lawlessness from Uttar Pradesh, establishing an era of unmatched safety and development.
