Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath emphasized that Prime Minister Modi's visionary policies and welfare schemes have triggered profound social transformations, creating tangible success stories in virtually every family across the nation. National General Secretary Smriti Irani further detailed the itinerary through an immersive PowerPoint presentation, mapping out the multi-faceted events scheduled throughout the upcoming month.
Lighting Blessing Lamps Across 1.77 Lakh Booths
At the heart of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan lies a massive grassroots outreach plan. BJP workers and volunteers will visit the homes of welfare scheme beneficiaries to light traditional "blessing lamps" across all 1.77 lakh polling booths in Uttar Pradesh.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath urged party workers to engage actively with the youth, reminding them of the stark socio-economic conditions prevailing in the country before 2014 and in Uttar Pradesh prior to 2017, contrasting them with modern developmental milestones. Citing a local success story, the Chief Minister recalled an Ayodhya resident who successfully built a permanent home using assistance from the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana while investing personal savings to purchase an e-rickshaw for sustainable livelihood.
A Month-Long Calendar of Diverse Public Programs
The Seva Sankalp Abhiyan transcends standard political rallies, functioning instead as an integrated campaign conveying public gratitude and cementing the resolve toward a developed India. National General Secretary Smriti Irani outlined several core initiatives scheduled during the month:
India of Dreams: Organizing speech competitions in academic institutions focusing on the vision of a developed India.
Namo Seva Gatha: Staging vibrant street plays at prominent public locations on October 2 to highlight grassroots welfare achievements.
Aangan Ka Utsav: Mobilizing Anganwadi workers to conduct awareness programs centered on women's health and childhood nutrition.

Additionally, on October 7, synchronized small processions will emerge from multiple directions in every village. In a unique cultural tribute, 250 bikers will travel across ten distinct routes between Vadnagar in Gujarat and Kashi, ceremoniously exchanging holy water. Meanwhile, administrative and party grievances will be addressed through dedicated 'Seva Setu' camps organized at every legislative assembly and block level.
Grand Finale: Jan Sevak Mahakumbh and Nationwide Participation
The culmination of the month-long campaign will be marked by the grand 'Jan Sevak Mahakumbh' on October 17. On this concluding day, 1.25 lakh elected public representatives from across the country will congregate across major centers including Delhi, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Surajkund, and Varanasi to collectively recite all six verses of Vande Mataram.
