He asked the officials to communicate with the states of Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana, and Uttarakhand for this Kanwar Yatra and request them to issue necessary guidelines for the journey. Said that the requirement of RTPCR negative report can also be implemented as per the requirement. He said that the applications received on Tehsil day and Thana day should be resolved within the next five days in each case. ADM for tehsils and Additional SP level officers for police stations should be nominated. The District Magistrate and Police Captain will be accountable for these programs of public importance. Senior officers will ensure their participation in these programs.
He expressed satisfaction over the control of corona infection. Officials said that with every new day in the state, the situation of control of the Kovid epidemic is getting better. Last day, not a single new case of infection was found in 43 districts, while in 32 districts, patients were found in unit digits. There is not a single Kovid patient in Aligarh, Lalitpur, and Shravasti districts.
Additional Chief Secretary ‘Information’ Navneet Sehgal said that in the last 24 hours, 02 lakh 35 thousand 959 Kovid samples were examined, and 59 new patients were confirmed, while 149 patients were discharged after recovering. Last day the positivity rate was 0.03 percent. At present, there are 1,489 active cases. 1,189 people are recovering in home isolation. The recovery rate of corona in the state has gone up to 98.6 percent.
Told that ‘Ghar Ghar Par Dastak Abhiyan’ has been started for the identification and treatment of active patients of TB, dengue, filariasis, malaria, and encephalitis, etc. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that by July 25, people should be made aware of cleanliness, sanitization, nutritious food, etc. Children, up to 02 years of age should be vaccinated against JE in regular immunization sessions. After the completion of the campaign, from July 26, a special campaign should be conducted to make a golden card under the “Ayushman Bharat” scheme.
The Chief Minister said that the maximum limit for the storage of essential food items has been fixed by the Central Government. Still, reports of hoarding are being received from certain areas. The food department remained in active mode. A guerilla campaign should be launched against hoarding in all the districts of the state. Strict action should be taken against hoarders.
He said that a “special heritage campaign” is being conducted to register the inheritance of those Bhumidhars, who have died untimely due to the Kovid-19 epidemic, in Khatauni in favor of their legal heirs. This important campaign, proposed till 18th July, should be given further extension for the next one week. The benefit of the scheme should be extended to all the needy. Make sure that the copy of Khatauni is handed over by the local officials of the Revenue Department to the successor’s residence.
