The work of Yogi government was praised in the discussion held in JNU

Lucknow: The Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh has been praised by the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in Delhi, once a stronghold of Left ideologues. In a discussion held here, the speakers praised the law and order and other commitments of Uttar Pradesh. In the discussion on ‘Let’s go towards UP’ organized by Professor Poonam Kumari in JNU, Assistant Professor, Delhi University Dr. Siddharth Mishra and other enlightened people took part. Dr. Siddharth Mishra said that the reason for the laxity in law and order in the previous governments was a lack of commitment and apathy. But, the arrangements made by the present government, emphasizing zero tolerance towards crime and women’s safety, are commendable.

Siddharth Mishra also said that the action on illegal slaughterhouses, the steps were taken by the Yogi government towards the law to provide justice to scheduled castes and tribes are going to fix the system. In the second part of the discussion, Saurabh Akhouri emphasized that if If the vision of the ruler is right and the will is strong, then the welfare of the subjects is possible. Referring to the UP Gangster Act of 1986, he said that there were laws on all these issues like terror, violence, ransom, attempts to destroy the peace and property of the state, but due to lack of will, the earlier governments were unable to fix the law and order. Couldn’t be that successful. Presently the Yogi Adityanath government in UP has implemented all these laws with strong willpower. there, the Convener of the discussion Dr. Poonam Kumari said that the people there also feel the law and order improved by the present government. This has been possible only with the strong will of the present leadership.
