Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan, fondly called King Khan, has temporarily moved with his family to a luxurious apartment in Mumbai's upscale Pali Hill area. The move comes as his legendary sea-facing mansion, Mannat, undergoes an extensive renovation.

New Chapter Begins in Pali Hill

SRK and his family — Gauri Khan, Suhana, Aryan, and AbRam — have settled into their new home located in Puja Casa, one of Pali Hill’s most prestigious residential buildings.

The family’s two duplex apartments span 10,500 square feet, offering a blend of comfort, privacy, and modern luxury, even though it's smaller than Mannat’s 27,000 square feet estate.

Mannat Renovation in Full Swing

Mannat, long seen as a symbol of Shah Rukh Khan’s stardom, is currently undergoing a major makeover.

While the mansion has always stood for opulence and grandeur, the renovation aims to modernize its interiors while preserving its timeless charm.

The redesign reflects the family’s evolving lifestyle and legacy in the entertainment industry.

Temporary Shift for 36 Months

The move to Puja Casa is temporary, planned for a 36-month period starting April 1, 2025.

Despite the downsizing in space, the duplexes offer top-tier amenities and have already caught public attention — a video of the Khan family entering their new home has gone viral online.

A Blend of Heritage and Modernity

This transition reflects both personal evolution and professional continuity for the Khan family.

With Mannat undergoing transformation and their temporary residence offering a fresh environment, the Khans are embracing change while staying rooted in their legacy.
