Sawan Pradosh Vrat 2024: Pradosh fast falling in the month of Sawan has special significance. Worshiping Mahadev on this day brings the desired results. The pradosh period is also important in the Pradosh fast. Pradosh period is the time when the day starts to hide i.e. the time just after sunset and the first prahar of the night is called Pradosh period. According to the Hindu calendar, the Trayodashi date of Shukla Paksha of Sawan month will start from 8:05 am on August 17. It will end on August 18 at 05:51 am. Shani Pradosh Vrat will be observed on 17 August 2024. The auspicious time of worship for Pradosh Vrat will be from 58 pm to 9:11 pm.
