Suspense Crime, Digital Desk : Our religious scriptures contain many things that remain undeniable. Hinduism has established distinct rules for everything from eating to rituals and rituals, and these rules are followed with respect.

One such rule is not to use the left hand while worshipping in the temple or while eating and it is considered auspicious to always use only the right hand.

It is said that the left hand should be used only for daily activities, while the right hand should be used for all tasks involving respect for others. This is why using only the right hand is considered good not only for worship but also for charitable acts. Let's explore some of the reasons behind this.

Why is the right hand used in auspicious works

Since ancient times, all tasks were divided, with the left hand always used for household cleaning and other daily activities. The right hand was used for eating and performing rituals, particularly with the right hand. This was primarily to maintain purity and respect for God during worship.

Why is the right side of the body considered sacred

According to Ayurveda, the right side of the body always represents the "Pingala Nadi," meaning solar energy. It is always considered more active and dynamic.

Since worshipping God is considered a way to show devotion, the solar energy right hand is the best way to channel that energy.

Furthermore, the Sanskrit word for the right side of the body is "dakshin," which symbolizes auspiciousness and respect. Therefore, we offer offerings to God and seek His blessings with our right hand. Furthermore, performing aarti and donating with this hand during worship is also considered auspicious to show respect to God.

Due to these reasons, even today, using the right hand in any auspicious work along with worship is considered fruitful.
