Augmont Enterprises IPO Day 2 Subscription Status: The Augmont Enterprises IPO continued to attract strong investor interest on the second day of bidding on August 24, with the Rs 825-crore issue subscribed 14.46 times by the end of the session, according to provisional exchange data.

At the end of Day 2, the issue was subscribed 14.46 times, with investors placing bids for 11,15,94,619 shares against the total shares on offer, according to provisional exchange data.
- Qualified Institutional Buyers(QIBs) category was subscribed 2.11 times. QIB investors placed bids for 46,24,068 shares, compared with 21,89,333 shares reserved for the category.
- The Non-Institutional Investors (NII) portion was subscribed 33.65 times, receiving bids for 5,52,60,436 shares against the 16,42,000 shares reserved for the category.
- The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) category was subscribed 13.37 times. Retail investors placed bids for 5,12,42,392 shares, compared with 38,31,333 shares reserved for the category.
Augmont Enterprises IPO: Key details
The Augmont Enterprises IPO is a Rs 825-crore book-built issue comprising a mix of fresh issue and an offer for sale (OFS).
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 0.79 crore shares totalling to Rs 620 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 0.26 crore shares worth Rs 205 crore.
The company has fixed the IPO price band at Rs 750 to Rs 788 per share. The lot size has been set at 19 shares, meaning retail investors will need to invest a minimum of Rs 14,972 at the upper end of the price band.
The allotment is expected to be finalised on August 27, while the tentative listing date is August 31, 2026.
Under the issue structure, qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) will be offered not more than 50 per cent of the net offer. The retail investor quota is not less than 35 per cent, while non-institutional investors (NIIs) will have a reservation of not less than 15 per cent of the net offer.
Nuvama Wealth Management, Intensive Fiscal Services, JM Financial and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors are the book-running lead managers for the issue. MUFG Intime India is the registrar.
The company plans to use the net proceeds from the fresh issue primarily to meet its future working capital requirements. This includes funding the procurement, maintenance and scaling up of inventory, as well as advance margin requirements for inventory procurement. A portion of the proceeds will also be used for general corporate purposes.
