Ram Mandir Ayodhya to Host Consecration of 14 New Temples from June 3 to 5:

Suspense crime, Digital Desk : Ayodhya is getting ready for a grand consecration ceremony as 14 temples in the Ram Mandir precinct will be consecrated from June 3 to 5, 2024. This event also marks Ganga Dussehra and will be celebrated under the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust.

Festival Schedule and Preparations

The religious event culminating in the festival will last three days, however, ritualistic preparations will commence on May 30 with the worship of a Shiva Lingam and a shrine to Shiva constructed within the temple.

Additionally, Lakshman’s idol is to be installed in a specially designated shrine as Sheshavatar.

Vedic Rituals Done by Scholars
In addition to the latter rituals, other ceremonies will be observed with edicts of ancient Vedic discipline:

Worship at a Yagyashala

Four Vedas chanting,

Reciting of the Valmiki Ramayana,

Following propitiatory offerings,
Path and Mantra,

These rituals will be accomplished by 101 scholars from Ayodhya and Kashi. For each idol installed, there will be two-foot marble thrones, prepared specifically for this occasion.

Significance of the Event

The consecration is closely after Lord Ram’s Pran Pratishtha on January 22nd, 2024. It builds with and enhances the narrative of spiritually evolving significance of Ram Mandir. It is further expected to amplify Ayodhya’s religious and cultural heritage prominence.
