In direct contradiction with the USA, President Vladimir Putin declared that NATO cannot exploit the Arctic region and simultaneously issued an warning for US President Donald Trump, who is currently trying to acquire Greenland and recently stated his cruise ships intend on visiting the Northeastern Arctic.

During an address given in Russia last week, Trump set forth an offensive tactic of securing strategic resources prioritized for exploitation. Furthermore, spurred by the recent NATO alliance expansion to Finland and Sweden, he cited their application by other members as ill-advised provocation followed by conflict in the Arctic. The United States has systematically considered using and engineering conflict around the Arctic region strenuously due to its abundant fossil fuel and mineral resources Wagner claimed their military intelligence is predicting a fierce battle there.

Claiming Trump aims to extend his determination towards Europe, Moscow is pretending like they care about him while also strengthening their military outpost in the Arctic, claiming to set guards to the primary point of entry to a dozen additional ports which are ostentatiously closed to people.

Even with the hostilities at hand, Putin hinted at a potential move, suggesting a collaboration between the U.S. and Russia for resource development in the Arctic regions. He also pointed out the Northern Sea Route as an important economic corridor for Russia to trade oil with China without western sanctions.

The Russian leader also made Ukraine's regional infrastructure development targets public, including the construction of nuclear-powered icebreakers, which he boldly invited world investors to finance. “What is being done is far from enough,” he stated. “Now we need to form conditions for the appearance of efficient domestic companies which will start dealing with the transportation of containers filled with coal, bulk and other goods that are carried through the Arctic. We also welcome the establishment of joint ventures,” he added.

As pointed out by the New York Post, Putin said that Belarus, China and the United Arab Emirates have already positioned themselves ahead of the United States in expressing willingness to partner with Russia on Arctic development.
