The process of money deposit in women’s bank account: In thisscheme, women of general categories will get Rs 1000 per month and Scheduled Castes women will get Rs 1500 per month. Around 52 lakh women will be eligible under the scheme.

Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said, “About 40 lakh women have been given the scheme card, and soon women who do not have cards will also get money and will issue them Cards after a few days.

This will be implemented from April and will fill the money from April to June on a one-time basis. The government will continue to give 1,000 or 1,500 rupees on every 3 months. “However, the scheme will not benefit government employees, pensioner women, and income tax-paying women.

These women will be benefited: Only women receiving social security pensions like old age pension and widow pension will be able to get the benefit of this scheme. However, the opposition party has questioned the government’s decision, asking for arrears for women from four years, claiming that the government should pay the money to women since forming it. BJP General Secretary and Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament Tarun Chugh has attacked the Aam Aadmi Party, saying “For 8 years the mothers, sisters and daughters of Punjab have received date only date from Aam Aadmi Party.

Now women of Punjab want their own dues and not a new announcement of theirs and at present every entitled woman in Punjab of more than Rs 53,000 will receive their share from the government because about crores of women from Punjab have demanding from the governments to account their amount.

On the other hand, Punjab Congress President Amarinder Singh Raja Warring also said that “State governments should give all the dues to the women in the last four years and every woman should be given 51,000 from the government.
