Before booking the bike, its variant and color can be selected on the customer website. They can then contact the nearest Royal Enfield dealership and also make payment via e-payment. The facility is available at all dealerships of the company. The bike will be delivered to the customer at his home.

Royal Enfield Service on Wheels Scheme is also going to start at home. Under this scheme, the bike will be serviced by going to the customer’s home. In the Service on Wheels scheme, the company’s technicians will go to the customer’s home and do the servicing. For this, customers can opt for e-payment. This facility will be available at all dealerships by July.
Pickup-drop facility for servicing
If a customer wants to send his bike to the company’s service center for servicing, bike pick-up and drop will be available in select cities. In view of the Corona epidemic, the company has made complete security arrangements. Strict instructions have been issued for maintaining sanitization and social distancing. Vehicles will also be sanitized and it will be necessary for everyone to apply masks. In addition, thermal screening of staff and visitors will also be done at the entrance.
90 percent retail network is open
Royal Enfield has opened its retail network across the country. The company has said that 90 percent of its retail outlets have started in the country. They were closed in lockdown from 22 March to 5 May as per the government guidelines. Now over 850 Royal Enfield stores and 425 studio stores across the country are open for sale and service. Most of the stores are fully open, while some open at the interval of one day as per the instructions of the administration.
