Insomniac Games developed three Spider-Man games on PlayStation: Marvel's Spider-Man, Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales, and Marvel's Spider-Man 2. Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is already set to release on the PS5 this October 20. While audiences await Spider-Man 3, Yuri Lowenthal – the voice actor of Spider Man in the games – shared a little about what will happen to Peter Parker in The Direct’s exclusive interview.
During the conversation about Spider Man 2’s cliffhanger and Peter’s role in the sequel, Lownethal confirmed that Peter ‘will not be relegated to the couch’ and that, ‘He will be a central character in Spider Man 3.'
My expectations is that the game Will have at least Peter Parker, Miles Morales and maybe even Cindy Moon (Silk). They are just supporting. But Insomniac Games hasn't confirmed anything to this point.
Her father, Albert Moon Sr, is a scientist, and her mother, Nari Moon, is a scientist as well. Together they made Albert Moon Jr, and Cindy Moon was added into the mix after being born. While Cindy was young, she got bitten by the same radioactive spider that gifted Peter Parker powers. With this, she developed a new ability known as Silk Sense which is much stronger than Peters spider sense. Silk can also fight in hand to hand combat, has an eidetic memory, and can perform advanced research.
According to marvel, Cindy Moon has superhuman strength of about 5 tons, which was later augmented to about 8 tons. Within the multiverse, Cindy can also sense and track Peter Parker as she was also given the powers after being bitten by the same spider.
Insomniac games would have a much larger range of options for gameplay in the next Spider-Man game if they added Silk (Cindy Moon) as a playable character. However, an official announcement from Spider-Man's game developers is still needed.
