Lucknow: Amit was killed by friends over money transaction, three arrested

Lucknow The police have arrested three accused while investigating the Amit murder case in Kakori police station area. The banka used in the murder and the motorcycle of the deceased have been recovered.

West Deputy Commissioner of Police, Rahul Raj, told the press on Monday that on May 20, police found a dead body in a vacant office on the border of Sakra Dona village. Chote Lal identified him as son Amit Raidas. He filed a missing complaint of his son at the police station on May 19. When the postmortem of the dead body was done, according to the report, the youth Amit was killed. Explaining this, the police have arrested Brijendra Kumar alias Birju, Satendra Kumar and Naseeruddin of Bhaptmau village, residents of Dona village.

During interrogation, Brijendra said that he received money from Amit to his friend Sumit. Sumit passed away suddenly in the month of April. He could not give Amit money. On this, Amit was forcing him (Brijendra) to return the money. For this reason, he called Amit to the office and along with two other gangsters attacked him with a bank and killed him. Explaining the murder, the police produced the three accused in the court and sent them to jail.
