Suspense crime, Digital Desk : The upcoming pan-Indian epic, Kubera, is already generating massive buzz, not just for its star-studded cast but also for its ambitious scale. As one of the most anticipated films, a significant portion of its blockbuster budget is reportedly dedicated to the remuneration of its top-tier talent, featuring stars from across Indian cinema.
According to recent industry reports, the filmmakers are investing heavily to bring this mythological thriller to life, with the lead actors commanding colossal fees that reflect their star power.
Leading the charge is National Award-winner Dhanush, who is taking on the titular role. For his part in this high-stakes project, he is reportedly earning a staggering ₹25 crore. This hefty paycheck positions him as the highest-paid actor in the film, underscoring his immense popularity and pan-Indian appeal.
Joining him is the celebrated "National Crush," Rashmika Mandanna, who continues to be one of the most sought-after actresses in the country. For her role as the female lead, Rashmika is said to be taking home a cool ₹10 crore, a testament to her box-office draw and rising stardom.
Adding gravitas and veteran star power to the ensemble is the legendary Nagarjuna Akkineni. In a role that is reportedly crucial to the film's plot, the Tollywood superstar is commanding a fee of ₹12 crore, slightly more than the lead actress, reflecting his decades of experience and enduring legacy in the industry.
Rounding out the principal cast is the versatile Jim Sarbh, known for his impactful performances. For his pivotal role in Kubera, he is reportedly being paid ₹3 crore.
While these figures have not been officially confirmed by the production house, they paint a clear picture of the blockbuster scale of Kubera. Directed by Sekhar Kammula, the film promises to be a visual and narrative spectacle, and these massive paychecks are a strong indicator of the confidence the makers have in their star-led venture.
