Kamal Haasan, Pawan Kalyan Mourn Sudden Death of Manoj Bharathiraja, Son of Veteran Filmmaker Bharathiraja:

SOUTHERN SUPERSTAR KAMAL HAASAN HAIS IN SHOCK,LOSING A FRIEND AS FILMMAKER BHARATHIRAJA'S SON MONOJ PASSED AWAY ON TUESDAY.DYING AT THE YOUNG AGE OF 48, MANOJ’S CAUSE OF DEATH WAS A HEART ATTACK. The whole world of entertainment was in shock, and Bharatairaja has lost his youngest son, it hit hard for everyone in the industry. Kamal also bilaterally gave his sympathies to his fellow friend, Bharathiraja. In the Chennai, where he lived at, he suffered a huge heart attack around 4pm on Tuesday, causing him to pass away. Actor Pawan Kalyan, who is a Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra, also grieves alongside mankind, noting his concern to Bharathiraja as well.

Kamal Haasan shared his thoughts on X, saying “I was shocked and saddened to hear of the passing of Manoj Bharathiraja, son of actor and my friend, and dearest Direactor Bharatiaraja. My deepest condolences goes to Bharathiraja, his family and friends who are hurt because of him.”

Pawan Kalyan also gave a press notice with the following context. “I personally have deepest condolences and sympathies for Mr. Bharathiraja. The last moment I expected was to hear about the demise of Mr. Manoj Bharathiraja, son of Director Mr. Bharathiraja and I pray to the almighty for the soul of Mr. Manoj to rest in peace.”

“He was a brilliant actor and his father had the hold of a director. This combination literally crushed my heart when I found out he had passed away due to a heart attack. Deepest condonlences and profound symapthy to family of Mr. Bharathiraja, May almighty grant strength to Mr. Bharathiraj who is grieving the loss of his son,” was his closing statement.

As an actor, director, and producer, Manoj Bharathiraja followed in the footsteps of his father. He has two daughters and a wife that survive him.

Currently, friends and the public are paying their respects at the late Manoj’s father’s home located in Chennai. His body will be cremated today at 4:30 pm in Chennai.
