Suspense crime, Digital Desk : Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan, known for his disciplined "perfectionist" image, offered a surprisingly candid and humorous glimpse into his personal life, admitting he drank so heavily at his own 60th birthday bash that he has absolutely no memory of the star-studded event.
The stunning confession came during the trailer launch for his son Junaid Khan’s debut film, Maharaj. While speaking to the media, Aamir shared a light-hearted anecdote about the lavish party, which was attended by industry titans like Salman Khan and Rajkumar Hirani, as well as his family, including his ex-wives Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao.
When asked about the celebration, Khan chuckled and made the blunt admission. "I tried to drink a lot," he began, "I thought, 'I will drink a lot today and get happy.'" He then revealed the extent of his revelry, stating in Hindi, "Mujhe koi memory nahi hai," which translates to, "I have no memory of it."
He explained that his plan had worked a little too well. "I met so many people, but I don't remember anything," he confessed. The actor good-naturedly added that he had to be filled in on the details of his own party the next day by his ex-wife, filmmaker Kiran Rao.
The story was met with laughter, offering a rare and humanizing look at one of Indian cinema's most private stars. It painted a picture of a man intent on letting loose to celebrate a major life milestone, surrounded by friends and family, even if he can't quite recall the specifics himself. The admission took place on a proud day for the actor as he stood in support of his son Junaid's entry into the film industry.
