Have you played in numerous IPL finals but have never won the trophy
Suspense Crime, Digital Desk : After losing out to GT in 2024, Royal Challengers Bengaluru won their second IPL title this season beating GT convincingly in the finals held in Ahmedabad. RCB, who have come a long way from being chasers, have turned into a formidable force this season.
RCB's second-straight IPL title victory has caused quite a stir with fans going into a frenzy of joy and celebrations. From not managing to lift the trophy for the past 17 seasons, RCB has now clinched two consecutive IPL titles as they label this period as their "golden era".
While Krunal Pandya and Josh Hazlewood maintain their undefeated records in IPL finals, Pandya has now won all his 5 finals. On the other hand, Hazlewood has now won 6 T20 finals including the two IPL finals for RCB along with 1 with CSK in 2021.
GT's 5 players yet to taste glory
But for some of Gujarat Titans' players, this victory continued their quest to win an IPL trophy with their respective teams. Some of these players include Jos Buttler, Kagiso Rabada, Prasidh Krishna, Sai Sudharsan, and Washington Sundar, all of whom are yet to win an IPL trophy.
