In an ambitious international drive to accelerate industrial capital inflows and pioneer cutting-edge urban infrastructure, a high-level government delegation spearheaded by Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini will embark on an official eight-day visit to Singapore from October 1 to 8. The high-powered mission will participate in the flagship Singapore-India Network for Growth (SING) 2026 summit, pitching Haryana’s newly implemented policy ecosystem across ten strategic industrial sectors directly to sovereign funds, tech conglomerates, and global investors. Following the Chief Minister's previous outreach tour to Japan, this Singapore mission marks a decisive step in the state's global economic roadmap, aimed at securing foreign direct investment (FDI), state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, and sustainable corporate ventures for the National Capital Region (NCR) economic corridor.

A cornerstone of Haryana's Singapore itinerary is an intensive study of the island nation's world-renowned urban planning, transit-oriented development, and industrial zone integration to serve as a benchmark for developing five Greenfield smart cities planned on both flanks of the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway. The state leadership aims to evaluate Singapore’s integrated frameworks spanning multi-modal transportation networks, sustainable commercial districts, self-contained residential layouts, and industrial zoning to construct high-efficiency economic clusters around key logistics arteries. Joining Chief Minister Saini on this blueprint tour are Industries and Commerce Minister Rao Narbir Singh, Chief Principal Secretary to CM Rajesh Khullar, Principal Secretary Arun Kumar Gupta, Industries and Commerce Commissioner and Secretary Dr. Amit Kumar Agarwal, and Foreign Cooperation Department Commissioner and Secretary Ashok Kumar Meena, alongside senior technocrats and urban planners.

Senior administrative observers note that his inclusion as a key executive delegate on the Chief Minister's October 1–8 international tour serves as a clear institutional signal that his service extension is on track for formal clearance from the Centre, ensuring administrative continuity as Haryana executes its multi-billion-dollar global investment push.
